Public pages only, one at a time
Free, up to 30 requests per 10 minutes per visitor.
Public only, entered by you
Snoei only reads pages that anyone can see without logging in, and only the address you enter. It skips login pages.
No email addresses or phone numbers
Snoei refuses to collect them. Links to mailto: and tel: are only counted, never shown or exported.
Copyright stays
Texts, tables and images belong to whoever made them. Use them to check or to quote with a source, not to copy.
One page at a time
No crawling of whole sites. Snoei reads what you give, at most checks the links or language versions of that one page, follows robots.txt and keeps the pace low.
How it works
Share preview in three steps
Paste the address
Of the page you want to share or have shared.
View the previews
A large card, a small card and a chat message, in a neutral style. Load the share image with one click.
Fill in what is missing
Snoei tells you which tags are missing and what they are for. After a change, prune the page again.
Questions
Good to know
Does it look exactly like this everywhere?
No. Every platform chooses its own layout and cuts texts off differently. Snoei shows neutral previews of the common forms, without platform logos.
Why is the image grey at first?
The share image lives on the site itself. Only when you click Load image does your browser fetch it from there; until then nobody contacts that site on your behalf.
I changed my tags, but a platform still shows the old one?
Platforms keep a share preview for a while. Most have their own tool to fetch a page again.
